shipping and refunds

UK shipping

  • Items will be aimed to be shipped by Royal Mail (or via other couriers for larger parcels) within 7 days from the order, however it might take longer than usual during pre-Chrismas period. (This does not apply to pre-orders. Estimated delivery times will be described in the pre-order description.)

  • Once the item is posted, you will receive an email notification.

  • The Shipping fee will differ depending on the total weight, which will automatically change as you enter the details. Please make sure you check it before completing an order.

International Shipping

  • Currently items offered in the shop can be shipped by Royal Mail (and via other couriers for larger parcels) to most of countries in Europe, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan and Singapore. Please contact me if your destination is not in the above list, I will do my best to calculate a shipping estimate.

  • All international shipping will be arranged as tracked service. I’m afraid I am not currently taking any orders from the destinations that do not have tracking service.

  • The items will be sent usually within 7 days from the order, (with the exception of the pre-order) however it might take longer than usual during pre-Christmas period.

  • Once the item is posted, you will receive an email notification.

  • The shipping fee will differ depending on the country and the total weight, which will automatically change as you enter the details. Please make sure you check it before completing an order.

  • International shipping fees for a large item or multiple items are particularly difficult to estimate accurately due to extra packaging protection. Any excess deducted handling fee will be refunded.

  • Please note that the recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes and administration fees. Due to the change after the UK left the EU, this now includes European countries, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. (EU VAT and charges vary from country to country.) There also might be a delay in delivery due to the customs checks.

Refund and Cancellation

  • Please note that I cannot offer refund or cancelation once you have placed an order.

  • I occasionally offer a discount code to newsletter subscribers. Please note that this will not be offered retrospectively.

  • If your items are damaged in transit, or error in postal delivery, please contact me with a proof of image, within 5 days of receipt via email to mail@makikohastings.com
